What we don’t do
Most of this page is a list of things a product does. This is the other list — the one worth reading before you trust anyone with money.
We don’t run an exchange
No order book, no leverage, no derivatives. Our desk buys for you at a price agreed with you and paid by bank transfer, or you buy from a registered platform — we link the registers so you can check one before you deposit.
We don’t move your money without a person looking
Every withdrawal is confirmed by hand. Your balance is not touched while a request waits, and a decline comes with a reason.
We don’t share your documents with anyone
The ID you upload is read by one reviewer and stored on our own servers, never on a public address and never with a third party. No biometrics, no facial recognition, no automated scoring.
We don’t track you around the internet
No advertising or analytics trackers. One cookie, so you stay signed in. Price data is fetched by our server, so the feed learns nothing about you. The sign-up, sign-in and contact pages run a Cloudflare anti-spam check — the only third-party script on the site, and it is not an ad tag.
We don’t approximate your money
Balances are integer base units with BigInt arithmetic throughout. Floating-point rounding never touches a number you own.
We don’t pretend to be a bank
We are not a bank in any country we serve. Nothing here is covered by CDIC in Canada or the FSCS in the UK, and crypto assets are volatile — you can lose money.
